         Jiangxi Biomerit Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and technical services of veterinary biological products. Established in 2005 and located at the foot of Mount Lushan, the company operates 7 internationally advanced GMP production lines with an annual capacity of up to 10 billion doses veterinary vaccine for swine, poultry and ruminants. It maintains a stringent quality control system and robust innovation capabilities, holding multiple patents and certifications, including the national high-tech enterprise designation (renewed in 2023) 。

           Since May 2019, Bomerit has been managed by Hitide Biotechnology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., which oversees product R&D, production technology, and overall operations。
           公司组建了由林旭埜博士及美籍华人科学家李其昌博士带队的具有国际一流研发能力的手艺团队，同时与美国、英国、香港等海内外著名高等院校及科研院所举行深入、普遍的相助，始终掌握国际领先的生物工程手艺，包括基因工程手艺、卵白工程手艺、细胞工程手艺、疫苗佐剂手艺。
            Hitide's R&D team is led by Dr. Lin Xuye (Founder) and Dr. Li Frank Qichang (a U.S.-based Chinese scientist), collaborating closely with institutions such as Cornell University, Oxford University, and Nanjing Agricultural University. Their work focuses on cutting-edge biotechnologies, including genetic engineering, protein engineering, and vaccine adjuvant development 。
